Welltech Service Corporation, an ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 certified calibration laboratory, is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Calibration Sales Engineers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical sales while representing one of the country's leading calibration labs. Successful candidates will undergo training in salesmanship and gain exposure to instrumentation and control procedures, equipping them to confidently present solutions, win customer trust, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Commit to achieving and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Prospect, engage, and secure new clients for calibration services.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage client accounts through proactive sales efforts and consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing client visits, activities, competitor insights, industry updates, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or any related course.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field or inside sales (advantage but not required).
  • A basic understanding of calibration, instrumentation, and control is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively for client calls, site surveys, meetings, and after-sales service.
  • Possesses a pleasing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressive and goal-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Technically inclined, with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven sales track record is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates or applicants without sales experience are welcome to apply if motivated and eager to learn.
  • Manila-based applicants will report to the head office in Mandaluyong City.
