JOB SUMMARY:
This person should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human resources, finance, operations and communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the general manager should be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
Adhere to company standards for operational excellence and food quality
Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
To propose and develop marketing and brand awareness strategies
Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish organizational goals
Recruit, train and evaluate employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
OTHER TASK
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the President
WORKING CONDITION:
48 hours of work in a week mainly on an office setup
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any 4 Year Degree Major in Business Management, Marketing Management, and Related Courses.
Preferably with Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Administration
Proven success in a managerial role
Strong decision-making ability
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Experience:
10-20 years of total working experience in the food industry for a Quick Service Restaurant or kiosk setup
With at least 5-7 Years of relevant experience in the same capacity
Proven experience to scale up the business
Able to manage the daily operation of the store
Competency Requirement:
Preferably exposed in food and hospitality industry, quick service restaurant or kiosk setup
Oral and Written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Messaging Apps
Other Skills: Preferably possess a Driving License.
Outstanding in people Motivation at all levels to support the organization
