Role Summary – Senior Associate Talent Acquisition
Provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will play a key role in shaping the company's workforce and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Role Responsibilities –
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring teams.
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive place to work.
- Administer offer management
- Working with candidates and hiring managers to finalize job offers and compensation
- Provides transactional and administrative support for recruitment administration processes such as support with background verification inputs, new hire kits
Qualification –
- 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's degree (Any Stream)
- Experience with industry-specific sourcing tools and recruitment analytics
- Ability to use social media platforms for recruitment
- Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
- Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
