Recruitment Specialist

A Recruitment Specialist plays a vital role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding—while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing

    Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and career events.
  • Screening & Interview Coordination

    Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Job Advertising

    Craft compelling job descriptions and post them across multiple platforms to attract a broad and qualified talent pool.
  • Candidate Experience Management

    Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Onboarding Support

    Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Recruitment Analytics

    Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment or a similar role, with experience managing end-to-end hiring campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong candidate assessment capabilities, and proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Must be amenable to reporting onsite in Taguig and Fixed Term Employment Contract
