Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Schedule: Morning Shift, 7:00am to 4:00pm
Work Arrangement: The standard work arrangement is three (3) days onsite and two (2) days work from home. During the first month, work is 100% onsite, and during the second month, the schedule shifts to four (4) days onsite and one (1) day work from home.

Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist main task is to perform full cycle recruitment for internal job requisitions. The person will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead. On a day-to-day basis, the Talent Acquisition Specialist works proactively to fill open positions with top talent and assist the back-office team with other HR and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases (Preferably BambooHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
