Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the Construction Sales Team by coordinating sales activities, preparing project-related documents, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales, and technical departments. This role is essential in assisting project bidding, contract documentation, and client coordination to help achieve sales and project targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Project Teams
- Prepare and process sales quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and contracts for construction projects
- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Purchasing, and Operations for project requirements and pricing
- Assist in preparation of bid documents, project submissions, and pre-qualification requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, project status, and sales documentation
- Follow up on project proposals, bid results, and client feedback
- Coordinate project schedules, site meetings, and client communications as needed
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure completeness of documents prior to project execution
- Assist in preparing sales reports, project updates, and management presentations
- Handle client inquiries and concerns and escalate issues to the Sales Manager when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, construction standards, and sales procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field OR High School Graduate
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, construction sales, or related roles
- Familiarity with construction documents, bidding processes, and project coordination is an advantage
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Work Schedule:
- Full-time | Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
