In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality clients. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within hotels and hospitality accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers, purchasing teams, and decision-makers
  • Present and promote the company's products through meetings, tastings, and sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals
  • Manage and grow existing hotel accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to sales planning and strategy execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in hotel, hospitality, or FMCG/liquor industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales-related tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
