Investigates history and credit standing of individual or business establishments applying for loan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews loan application and requirements of loan applicant
  • Validates the information reflected on loan application by conducting interview with loan applicant
  • Verifies loan applicant's personal data, financial data and credit history through trade checking, bank checking, company/employment verification and credit investigation
  • Verifies loan applicant's payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other financing institutions
  • Prepares accurate and reliable Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM)
  • Endorses the Credit Approval Memorandum to Immediate Superior and Credit Committee for approval
  • Informs the loan applicant regarding the status of account or additional document/ requirement to be complied
  • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least six (6) months experience in loan/credit review or related
  • Has knowledge in credit analysis, loans/credit operations
  • With own motorcycle and valid driver's license
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • With strong analytical, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Must be innovative and creative in approach to loan/credit review process
  • Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Has keen attention to details and has good communication skills
  • Should know proper telephone etiquette/has the ability to handle different personalities well

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
