Legal Associate / Credit Investigator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and Verifying Information: Legal Associates collect data from various sources, including banks, credit bureaus, and public records. They verify information provided by both the accounts and sales, as well as conduct background checks.
  • Credit Analysis: They analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess legal accounts.
  • Conducting Interviews: They conduct interviews, locate the owners of accounts, and provide assistance in tracking the witnesses.
  • Preparing Reports: Legal Associates document their findings and prepare reports summarizing their analysis and recommendations.
  • Assessing Risk: They evaluate the risk associated with every legal account and provide a recommendation to the account's owners.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Legal Associates ensure that all investigations are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collection: Legal Associates' main responsibilities are to collect payments from long overdue accounts (legal accounts) and provide assistance in litigation especially for Small Claims.
  • Field Work: They are expected to do field visitations to all legal accounts. For this particular posting, we are looking for a Legal Associate who is willing to do his/her field work in Cavite area.

Specific Requirement: Has a Valid License and can drive a Motorcycle.
