ROLE SUMMARY:

The Accounting Supervisor ensures timely and accurate recording of all transactions, oversees credits and collections, reconciles accounts, monitors aging accounts, and establish accountability for sales, remittances and stocks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Supervision and Management - Supervise and support branch accountants to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion of daily accounting operations.
  • Monitoring of Sales Transaction - Ensure accurate sales recording by reviewing daily transactions, overseeing documentation, and working with the sales team to resolve discrepancies and outstanding payments.
  • Monitoring of Sales Remittances - Track and verify daily sales remittances, resolve discrepancies, ensure policy compliance, and report remittance status to management.
  • Ensuring Proper Accountability - Ensure proper handling of stocks, receivables, and remittances, with accurate records and clear accountability.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts - Manage timely account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and perform regular audits to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Monitoring of Aging of Account- Monitor overdue accounts, follow up as needed, and help develop strategies to reduce aging balances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php38, Php40,000.00 per month
