DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and Analyze account receivable data.
  • Prepares weekly reports or updates on collection status.
  • Maintain account database and update information as needed.
  • Conduct field work for debt collecting and account verification.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate payment plans and make recommendation for management approval.
  • May be tasked to conduct background investigation (BI) on customers.

EDUCATIONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Graduate of any 4 year business course preferably Accounting graduate with diploma.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Can drive motorcycle and four wheels.
  • Must have driver license professional 1, 2
  • Computer literate.
  • With good interrelation and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and knows how to follow basic instructions.
