POSITION SUMMARY:

He/She will assist the Senior Facilities Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of the Retail/Commercial Facilities. Ensure that all equipment and facilities exclusively used by the Commercial Spaces are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/equipment preventive maintenance programs.

  2. Assist Senior Facilities Engineer in monitoring all safety programs to ensure safety of Tenants and the property.

  3. Assist Senior Facilities Engineer in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

  4. Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project.

  5. Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption of common areas.

Competencies and skills:

  • Basic Accounting Skills can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
  • Technical skills in design & installation
  • Knowledge in construction/maintenance
  • Customer orientation with sufficient PR Skills, can handle/manage difficult resident/situations
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • Good in both written and oral communication
  • Can use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education:

1.Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Civil Engineer.

2. Graduate of a 4 years Course and/with Technical Education HVAC, Electrical,

Mechanical.

3. Licensed Electrical and Civil engineer is required.
