  • Must be a graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any course related to Project and Maintenance Management
  • Preferably with professional license in engineering
  • With at least 2 years managerial experience or at least 5 years supervisory experience

ü Develops and defines primary functions of direct reports and key performance indicators per position under the department

ü Responsible for and leads the team in proposing and executing continuous improvement initiatives on facilities critical to production, to regulatory and to external clients

ü Leads the development of maintenance program for buildings and grounds, generator sets, transformers, ventilation units, refrigeration and air-conditioning units, water filtration system, tube ice machine, crates washing system, wastewater treatment facility, fire detection and alarm system and those that are not under the scope of engineering department

ü Manages contract-based and in-house projects within the scope of facilities from planning to commissioning phase

ü Coordinates department activities to stakeholders; reports improvements, challenges and develops new strategies out of the analysis

ü Assists EHS in the development and implementation of regulatory-compliant programs and acquisition of necessary permits for food manufacturing plant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
