Qualifications:

  • Should be a graduate of Sociology, Social Work, Communications, or any related courses;
  • Must have 5 years of experience in Stakeholder Management and Community Relations, handling corporate social responsibility-related programs and activities;
  • Exposure to the Renewable Energy/Power Industry is an advantage;
  • Willing to travel on assigned areas across the country.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Implement Corporate Affairs Strategy - Helps in the execution of corporate affairs strategies to enhance the company's reputation. Helps manage relationships with external stakeholders. Aligning the company's objectives to community needs and environmental sustainability, whilst ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations;
  • Government and Public Relations - Helps build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies to advocate for company's interest to navigate regulatory framework and requirements;
  • Social Responsibility Management - Oversee the company's social responsibility activities, including strategic goals, activity budgets, and ensuring alignment with set corporate values and objectives;
  • Crisis Management and Reputation Protection - Helps develop strategies for managing and mitigating any potential negative impact on the organization's reputation, particularly as it relates to company activities. Respond to crises in a timely and transparent manner, working to protect the organization's reputation and address any social or environmental concerns.
