STORE SUPERVISOR FOR PETRON GASUL OUTLET

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Ensure that the LPG store operates in accordance with Petron Gasul regulations and requirements

  2. Assist in Planning schedule,supervise and ensure that all personels adhere to store policies and procedures

  3. Encoding of daily sales for store, deliveries and commercial sales. Prepare the daily sales report.

  4. Preparation and issuance of sales invoice and receipts to walk in customers.

  5. Monitor and receive PGED hub orders and ensure timely deliveries

  6. Schedule daily deliveries for household, commercial and tertiary accounts. Check efficient dispatch of resources for the delivery, hauling and recovery of products and services.

  7. Responsible to answer all calls from Pged, household, outlets and commercial accounts

  8. Prepare Purchase order to Petron Plant for both household and commercial hauling. Forecast daily hauling to petron in accordance to the company's internal control.

  9. Responsible to communicate with workers from other shifts on their scheduling

  10. Ensure that cash being remitted by deliveries is tallied to sales invoice and actual sold item. Cashiering.

  11. Reconcile sales report and sales deposits and ensure no variances, losses will be recorded

  12. Responsible in preparation of petty cash expense replenishment report to be submitted to accounting every Friday.

  13. Assist walk in customers in their orders

  14. Handling customer complaints and settlement.

  15. Responsible in compilation of needed documents for the daily deliveries such as travel authorization forms for drivers and list of location for deliveries

  16. Assist warehouse supervisor in daily inventory count

  17. Responsible in stocks ordering. In coordination with Warehouse Supervisor

  18. Minor repairs of 2.7 gasullette if broken.

  19. Responsible in ensuring delivery vehicles are registered with LTO on time

  20. Responsible in application of SCC (Standard Compliance Certificate) issued by DOE

  21. Responsible in Business and Other Permit renewals 22 Other mandated functions that maybe given by the management
