Qualifications:

  • Should be a graduate of Sociology, Social Work, Communications, or any related courses;
  • Must have 5 years of experience in Stakeholder Management and Community Relations, handling corporate social responsibility-related programs and activities;
  • Exposure to the Renewable Energy/Power Industry is an advantage;
  • Speaks Hiligaynon, Cebuano, or Ilonggo language is a plus;
  • Amenable to work in different site locations and willing to travel from time to time.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update community-level stakeholder maps for engagement.
  • Coordinate the preparation and presentation of Information & Education Campaign materials for project acceptance.
  • Design and execute effective community development and social programs for host communities.
  • Supervise the resolution of community grievances and support various teams for prompt resolution.
  • Manage communication materials highlighting ongoing benefits of the company's operating plant to host communities, overseeing fundraising programs and ensuring statutory compliance for Citicore Foundation.
