The Assistant Director of Sales is managing and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets and overall business goals.

It also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, supervising the sales team, and analyzing market trends.

  • Manage key corporate, group, and travel accounts, ensuring excellent client servicing and repeat business.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and government sectors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Represent the hotel in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in corporate sales, group sales, and event management.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
