We are looking for a Sales Director
to drive business growth, lead a team of 5, and build strategies that expand market presence. This role is
onsite in Quezon City
and highly mobile, requiring someone who excels at developing networks, creating opportunities, and delivering results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the overall sales department, including a team of 5 professionals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business and revenue.
  • Sell and promote value-added services to existing and new clients.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Drive market development initiatives to expand opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    Sales Director, Senior Sales Manager, or equivalent leadership role
    .
  • Strong background in
    FMCG or related industries
    preferred.
  • Expertise in
    market development, strategy, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and growing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Highly mobile and adaptable, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
