About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Sales to join our team at The B Hotel Quezon City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting in driving sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to generate new business opportunities and maximise revenue
  • Manage and coordinate all sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal writing, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners to drive bookings and increase market share
  • Provide regular performance reports and analysis to the management team, identifying trends and proposing strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative promotional campaigns
  • Mentor and support a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to inform sales strategies
What we\'re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth in a dynamic, competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing tools.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with cross-functional department
