Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in San Juan del Monte for a Chief Marketing Officer. The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall marketing strategy, planning and execution of campaigns, conducting market research, and managing public relations efforts. Additionally, this role involves leading the marketing management team, driving sales growth, and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive implementation and performance tracking of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning, Market Research
  • Experience in Public Relations and Marketing Management
  • Proven track record in Sales
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
