Key Responsibilities:
- Layout Coordination

• Work with franchisees and LVIT to create and refine floor layout plans.

• Ensure equipment is positioned for optimal member flow, accessibility, and safety.

• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to confirm layouts align with equipment specifications and delivery requirements.

- Brand Standards & Compliance

• Review and apply the Anytime Fitness Brand Manual to all layouts.

• Ensure brand-mandatory elements (signage, fixtures, finishes) are included in all designs.

• Allocate space for required items such as vending machines, storage, and compliance-related features.

- Optimisation & Quality

• Balance functionality and aesthetics to create layouts that drive strong member experience.

• Conduct layout reviews to identify gaps, flow issues, or missed standards, and propose solutions.

• Maintain a tracker of approved layouts and ensure timely sharing with franchisees and internal teams.

- Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the liaison between franchisees, LVIT, and suppliers to align expectations and resolve design issues.

• Support the property and operations teams with layout insights during site approvals and openings.

• Provide clear communication and documentation of layout plans for all stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in interior design, architecture, or related field (degree preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience).
- 2–4 years' experience in layout planning, gym design, or facility planning.
- Working knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of gym flow, fitness equipment, and member experience considerations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple layouts/projects simultaneously across markets.
- Strong communicator with ability to coordinate between different stakeholders.
