Regional Buyer Activation Manager

Job Summary:
The Buyer Activation Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact activations that drive buyer interest and broker engagement. This role focuses on event management, brand activation, and buyer experience enhancement to support regional sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Conceptualization & Execution: Design and manage launches, open houses, and expos aligned with brand identity and regional sales goals.
- Brand Activation Planning: Develop campaigns that elevate SMDC's brand presence; collaborate with marketing for consistent messaging.
- Merchandising Strategy: Plan and deploy merchandising initiatives at project sites, broker offices, and events.
- Broker & Buyer Engagement: Create incentive programs, recognition events, and exclusive previews; enhance buyer experience through activations.
- Systems Diagnostics & Solutions: Optimize CRM and event registration tools; troubleshoot activation workflows and improve processes.
- Performance & ROI Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and conversion rates; manage activation budgets efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to align activations with milestones and campaigns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Experience in event management, brand activation, or sales engagement roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activations and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools (advantage)
