Senior Technical Designer (Architecture)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To support the Architecture designers and act as the intermediary between architecture designers and clients so that projects remain efficient and effective
  • Effectively use
    Revit and AUTOCAD
    (must have both skills) to create accurate and detailed drawings.
  • Ensure architecture drafts adhere to local building codes, regulations & standards.
  • Effectively collaborate with the design team on the design concepts and intentions and communicate effectively to clarify requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare/update documentation drawings in different phases of the project.
  • Liaise with other consultants to produce coordinated drawings for statutory approval.
  • Assist local architects in coordinating design issues that may arise at site.
  • Produce and analyse detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Degree in Architecture
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • With strong design documentation experience
  • Up to task to working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and conscientious team player.
  • Advantageous to have design and documentation experience in large scale commercial, mixed-use and residential projects in all stages of the project.
