The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the efficient movement of goods, materials, and products within and outside the organization. This role ensures timely delivery, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Licensure Examinations : N/A

General Skills :

  • Preferably with 1-2years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination.
  • Knowledge of transportation, inventory, and warehouse management processes.
  • Familiarity with logistics software, shipment tracking, or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage schedules and documentation accurately.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate the transportation, delivery, and distribution of materials, supplies, and finished goods.
  • Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain logistics records, including shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve transportation or delivery issues.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation as needed.
  • Prepare reports on logistics activities, performance, and issues for management review.
  • Support the implementation of logistics projects and system improvements.
  • Other task may be assigned
