Responsibilities:

MVC Logistic Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Associate based in Mandaue City, Cebu, that's responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records in a warehouse setting.

Duties include receiving, stocking, and organizing products, conducting regular inventory counts, updating records in inventory management systems, and ensuring proper labeling and storage of items. They assist in identifying discrepancies, coordinating with other departments to resolve inventory issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control system and data analysis tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (
    pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis
    )
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Understanding of stock rotation (
    FIFO, LIFO
    ), storage optimization.

Additional Qualification:

  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and quality control processes.
