About the Role:
We are in need of a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Checker who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse and project sites. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in construction warehouse operations, with a keen eye for accuracy, organization, and safety compliance.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries of materials, tools, and supplies against delivery receipts and purchase orders.
Ensure accurate documentation of received and released items in inventory records or system.
Conduct daily physical counting and inventory monitoring to prevent discrepancies and material losses.
Prepare issuance slips, transfer forms, and return documentation for project requisitions.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse Custodian, Project Engineers, and Procurement for material requests and replenishments.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse storage areas.
Assist in regular inventory audits and reconciliation of stock variances.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to supervisors or management.

Coordination Efficiency – Facilitates smooth and timely coordination between warehouse and site personnel.
Loss & Damage Control – Prevents stock variances, shortages, or material damages through proper monitoring.

Inventory accuracy rate: 100%
Zero discrepancies in received and issued materials
On-time verification and documentation: 100%
Warehouse cleanliness and safety rating: 95% and above
Reduction in material losses or damages: ≥10% quarterly
Timely submission of inventory reports before deadlines
