*APPLICANTS FROM CEBU willing to be assigned in BACOLOD but will undergo training here in Cebu for 2weeks to 1 month.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate stock records in the warehouse. The role focuses more on documentation, inventory tracking, and coordination rather than heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and monitor incoming and outgoing products
  • Conduct regular stock counts and help reconcile discrepancies
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist in data entry using inventory systems or spreadsheets
  • Organize, label, and maintain orderliness of warehouse stock
  • Assist in preparing products for delivery or transfers
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments regarding stock movement
  • Perform clerical tasks related to inventory documentation
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications:

  • College Level/ Bachelor's degree in Business related courses
  • With or without experience (inventory/warehouse background is an advantage)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable with computer work (MS Excel or inventory software is a plus)
  • Trustworthy and reliable in handling records and documentation
  • Physically fit to do light warehouse tasks (arranging/organizing items)
  • Can work under minimal supervision and adapt to fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
