Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock management, and warehouse best practices.
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite system is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Can start immediately.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manage the branch warehouse, vehicle fleet, and warehouse equipment
  • Be directly accountable for the implementation of warehousing, inventory, delivery, and stock transfer guidelines.
  • Plan delivery routes, dispatch deliveries, review itineraries, and conduct route audits.
  • Execute approved distribution plans and stock transfer requests
  • Directly manage the performance and behavior of warehouse personnel. Maintain a pool of emergency hires for bulk loading and unloading requirements
  • Improve overall customer experience by ensuring the Delivery vehicles are clean and well-maintained, Route Associates are equipped with knowledge and products and processes, Items for delivery are pre-inspected, loaded and packed properly.
