Apply now for the position of Senior Analyst, Business Performance Controlling and you will be responsible to
lead performance analysis, financial
planning and business insights to support effective decision-making and drive business performance.
Your role:

• You will lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for all business areas and monitor their implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• You will support the Country CFO in analyzing deviations from budget and forecast, providing clear insights into underlying drivers in a timely manner.
• You will analyze business performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• You will create and present monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations focused on financial performance, key business KPI's, variance analysis and strategic initiatives.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals.
• You will support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling and financial simulations.
• You will drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools (e.g. automation, dashboards).
• You will ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies and financial standards.
• You will participate in business reviews and provide financial commentary and recommendations.

Your expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in a Performance Controlling, FP&A or financial analysis role in a multinational environment.
• Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis including cost center controlling, profitability analysis and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficiency in SAP/SAP HANA financial systems and ERP Tools; advanced knowledge on data analysis and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, etc.); knowledge on programming and automation (Python, LLMs) would be an advantage.
• Proficient in preparing management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, familiar with group reporting standards (IFRS) and financial compliance requirements.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability with the ability to align diverse perspectives toward a common goal.
• Collaborative mindset and strategic thinking enable you to derive and communicate valuable insights from numbers into actionable strategy.
• Possesses excellent communication and influencing skills, enabling you to deliver expectations, resolve conflicts and keep initiatives on track. Strong intercultural skills enable you to navigate a multi-cultural environment.
• Lead projects to improve efficiency and productivity (e.g. automation, digitalization), shaping the future of work and being a champion for change management.
