Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Makati City

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a data-centric culture.
  • Build and deploy predictive models and compelling data visualizations.
  • Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business improvements.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards for operational support.
  • Conduct market and industry research to guide strategic planning.
  • Partner with marketing to create data-driven customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead initiatives for process optimization through advanced analytics.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with InfoSec standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Scientist role.
  • Strong command of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or Matlab.
  • Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Familiarity with data lake platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google Big Data).
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
