Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to drive data-based decision-making and long-term business growth. This role is responsible for developing advanced financial models, evaluating performance, and providing strategic insights to senior management. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in financial management, extensive analytical experience, and a proven record of supporting business strategy through financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across all business units.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate profitability, investments, and business scenarios.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on cost optimization, revenue growth, and financial performance improvement.
  • Conduct detailed variance, trend, and scenario analyses to assess business results.
  • Partner with department heads and leadership teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
  • Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and return on investment for key initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and support internal and external audits.
  • Streamline reporting and analysis processes to enhance timeliness and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts and finance team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and business performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions and influence key stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
