Responsibilities

  • Drives year-over-year retention and growth of the sales renewal portfolio through strategic account management and client engagement.
  • Leads process improvement initiatives for the assigned Key Account, enhancing internal efficiency while delivering high-quality service to the client and its members.
  • Works closely with the Health Network Management team and Operations to develop new utilization management projects, regularly review utilization reports, address gaps, and provide sound recommendations to improve the effective implementation of existing utilization and operational projects specific to the assigned Key Account.
  • Collaborates with the Actuarial team to provide a strategic approach during pricing negotiations, ensuring compliance with profitability standards.
  • Exercises strong discernment in handling client escalations and proactively reports critical issues to internal decision-makers to support informed and timely actions.
  • Maintains consistent engagement with top-level stakeholders, ensuring visibility, open communication, and alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Plans, monitors, and evaluates the performance of the team in achieving sales targets and identified KRAs/KPIs; ensures compliance with primary deliverables, as well as company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Reviews team performance and conducts coaching, mentoring, or meetings to address competency gaps.

Experience And Training
At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in key account management, corporate sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or HMO industry. Proven track record in sales portfolio retention, account growth, and strategic client engagement. Strong background in utilization management, process improvement, and operational project execution.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
