Job Title: Vice President of Financial Operations

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Vice President of Financial Operations to join our team. This senior-level role will play a vital part in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of our finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with our business objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow projections, monitor working capital, and ensure timely collections and payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and budget reviews.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
