Vice President of Operations (Asset Management)

Role Overview:
The VP of Operations (Asset Management) provides strategic and operational leadership across the company's asset management and investment businesses. The role is responsible for driving growth, ensuring profitability, overseeing multi-business operations, and reporting directly to C-level executives and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead execution of the asset management strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, sales targets, and profitability goals across multiple business units.

· Present financial, operational, and investment reports to C-level management and the Board.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and investment risks.

· Originate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networks.

Performance Measures (KPIs)

· Growth: AUM growth and client acquisition.

· Profitability: Achievement of sales, revenue, and EBITDA targets.

· Efficiency: Budget variance and cost-to-income ratio.

· Governance: Zero major compliance issues; timely regulatory filings.

· Board Engagement: Quality and timeliness of reports and insights.

Qualifications

· years of leadership experience in operations, asset management, or financial services.

· Strong record of achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

· Expertise in budgeting, investment oversight, and corporate governance.

· Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; CFA/CPA a plus.

· Proven ability to present at executive and Board levels.
