What the role is about?

We want things to be amazingly simple for our customers - and this is where is our awesome staff can help As part of this role, you'll be responsible for guiding an established team to deliver and improve our IT support offering. You'll need to ensure that Macs don't start a war with the PCs and that our SOE, internal platforms & software are helping our teams get the best out of their workday rather than causing them angst.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone to provide remote and face-to-face technical support to users of desktops, notebooks (Windows/Mac), smartphones, and other office devices (such as printers, displays and zoom equipment)
  • Have a strong understanding of IT networks and can set up and troubleshoot a basic network configuration
  • Have experience in supporting and troubleshooting SaaS applications
  • Basic knowledge of supporting an active environment
  • Office 365 Admin experience (with migration experience a bonus)
  • Can process available data and draft reports related to IT operations if needed
  • Understand basic software development life cycle
  • Someone conscious of IT security and knows basic practices to protect IT networks and resources
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities, balance projects and support workload
  • Can work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented individuals that work well in a team environment and have a hunger to learn
  • Adapts and responds well to change. Manages pressure effectively and copes with setbacks
  • Result-driven and have high customer service skills
  • Experience working for a geographically diverse team
