SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Provide first-class customer service in a timely, friendly, and knowledgeable manner via face to face interaction. Acts as a liaison to customers who are looking to purchase an item. Demonstrates product knowledge for the benefit of purchasers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs job functions consistent with Hua Yang Electronics Enterprises Corporation's vision and mission statements, and its core values.
  • Adheres to the policies, procedures, and systems established by Hua Yang Electronics Enterprises Corporation as contained in its employee handbook, memoranda, and related issuance.
  • Performs sales duties, such as but not limited to:
  • Demonstrates how CCTV and HYE Products functions to potential customers.
  • Meets and greets all customers as necessary.
  • Provides guidance to customers based on their previous purchases.
  • Helps customers find products that fit their needs and desires
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and managers.
  • Meets store quotas to make sure that the company is selling enough product
  • Attends team meetings to stay up to date on the latest sales and new products
  • Uses experience and on-going training to strengthen sales skills
  • Meets with other employees to discuss upcoming sales
  • Keeps work environment clean for other employees and for customers
  • Interacts with co-workers in a positive light and promotes overall sales via teamwork
  • Prepares and submits timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports as prescribed and required by the president, and/or members of the top management.
  • Attends internal and external organizational events, such as team buildings, training programs, and learning sessions, assemblies, and other special events for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.
  • Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports directly to the Store Sales Supervisor.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT

Preferably with work experience in retail sales. Must have solid communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, telephone etiquettes, ability to work as part of the team and take initiative independent of direct supervision. Can demonstrate ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Can work under pressure. Good communication skills both in oral and in written and the ability to work well with people in various departments are essential.

WAIVER OF REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Hua Yang Electronics Enterprises Corporation may waive some of the qualification if there are equivalent academic credentials, training, or work experience that may be substituted for the specified qualifications.
