A sales associate's primary role is to promote a company's products or services to customers through excellent customer service. Their responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers: Welcoming customers to the store and interacting with them
  • Answering questions: Being knowledgeable about the products and answering customers' questions
  • Making recommendations: Suggesting products that best meet the customer's needs
  • Processing payments: Accepting orders, processing payments.
  • Promoting sales: Promoting sales, offers, and awareness of store loyalty programs
  • Helping with marketing: Helping with marketing campaigns and store promotions
  • Creating displays: Creating displays and hanging signs
  • Resolving complaints: Helping resolve complaints and maintaining cordial relationships with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php25,000.00 per month
