Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving store performance by achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires applying strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively, maintaining visually appealing store displays, and managing inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by using product expertise to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing displays that align with merchandising standards.
  • Track inventory levels and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
