We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our RB Hortaleza team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers, support daily store operations, and help achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and provide product recommendations.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Support team members and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of K12 or at least College level.
  • With experience in retail sales (preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in using POS system.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned to any RB Hortaleza store, including NCR.
  • Willing to undergo seminars and training.
