Responsibilities:

  • Represent the career services department at professional conferences and events, enhancing the organization's profile and expanding networking opportunities.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive career development programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and improving service delivery.
  • Develop strategic initiatives that leverage market research to identify growth opportunities and areas for program development.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, relationship management, marketing, or a closely related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, particularly within educational or professional services environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives and marketing goals.
  • Proficient in market analysis, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating the value of career services to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets, with a strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate marketing ROI.
