Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Specialist, coordinating invoicing, budgets, emails, and procurement while maintaining systems and supporting financial forecasts all within a pragmatic, close-knit construction team.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full‑time

Shift: Day shift (9 am-6 pm AEST)

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

Qualifications Needed

  • Ideally some building or construction knowledge or experience
  • 3-5 years experience required
  • Experience with Xero
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously, ask questions, and be proactive
  • Strong financial aptitude
  • Comfortable in a small, informal, hardworking building‑and‑construction business

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain systems
  • Track and manage invoices (incoming and outgoing)
  • Manage and take control of email communications
  • Prepare monthly reporting
  • Conduct financial forecasting
  • Create budgets per job
  • Support and work on tenders
  • Handle procurement activities
  • Learn to read and understand plans
  • Check scopes of work
  • Review design briefs
  • Order materials as needed
