Bookkeeper - (ZR_27067_JOB)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in categorization, reconciliation, and data entry. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping practices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Experience with QuickBooks is essential.

• Record and categorize all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  

• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
  

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
  

• Ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and properly organized.
  

• Prepare journal entries as needed.
  

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  

• Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
  

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  

• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  

• Support the accounting team with other bookkeeping or administrative tasks as assigned.
  

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
  

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
  

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  

• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  

• Aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
  

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (but not required).
