Job Title: Bookkeeper & Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Remote in PhilippinesJob Type: Full-timeReports To: Financial ControllerJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper & Accounts Payable Specialist to manage daily accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and process accounts payable transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Cryptio. Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments. Reconcile bank, exchange, and card statements monthly.

Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing procedures. Support financial reporting and audits as required. Accounts Payable:Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly.

Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues. Ensure proper approvals are obtained for all expenses and payments. Prepare and execute weekly/monthly payment runs.

Maintain vendor files and manage communication with vendors. QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of bookkeeping and accounts payable experience.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and Cryptio) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred SkillsExperience working in the Crypto Industry.

Familiarity with automated Accounts Payable systems or expense management tools. Experience with payroll support.
