I. JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job Title: HR Manager

Division/Department: Human Resource Department

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

II. JOB MISSION

  • To oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
  • Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the company strategy and objectives.
  • To promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, and talent management (recruitment).

III. KEY RESULTS AREAS

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage the recruitment or selection process
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Design, improve, and maintain the benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance

IV. JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager for at least 3-5 years.
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrate experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR Systems
  • Ability to architect a strategy, along with leadership skills
  • Good presentation skills, excellent active listening, and negotiation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Proven knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
