I. JOB IDENTIFICATION
Job Title: HR Manager
Division/Department: Human Resource Department
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
II. JOB MISSION
- To oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
- Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the company strategy and objectives.
- To promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, and talent management (recruitment).
III. KEY RESULTS AREAS
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage the recruitment or selection process
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Design, improve, and maintain the benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance
IV. JOB SPECIFICATION
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager for at least 3-5 years.
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrate experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR Systems
- Ability to architect a strategy, along with leadership skills
- Good presentation skills, excellent active listening, and negotiation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Proven knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
