Scope of Work:

Ensure seamless implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives for

employees to support organizational objectives and drive employee engagement.

Partner with department leaders to resolve employee concerns, foster a culture of

collaboration, and enhance team productivity. Provide strategic guidance and

operational support to meet workforce requirements and enable high-performance

teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with department leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support department managers in implementing the performance appraisal process ensuring timely and constructive feedback is delivered.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees to address performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
  • Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support of the goal of the company.
  • Works with department leadership to establish clear company values and then integrates them into daily operations, hiring, performance reviews, and reward systems.
  • Design systems that recognize and reward behaviors that align with the company's values, encouraging employees to embody cultural expectations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • At least years of working experience in human resources management and/or organizational development
  • Previous experience in HR strategy development, operations, and administrative design and implementation
  • Proven experience in developing HR departments from scratch
  • Result-oriented driven individual, and the Ability to lead and empower the team
  • Problem solver, optimistic and enjoy assertive communication
  • Proven track record in managing employee relations workforce planning and HR program implementation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
