We're looking for an experienced Leasing & Network Officer to drive our commercial leasing operations and build strong market connections. In this role, you will manage leasing activities end-to-end, nurture client relationships, and expand our broker and partner network to ensure high occupancy and business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the full leasing cycle – from prospecting and negotiations to contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, tenants, and property owners.
  • Oversee lease renewals, compliance, and contract management.
  • Conduct market research on rental rates, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Work with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract tenants.
  • Ensure properties are well-presented for client viewings.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in commercial property leasing or related real estate roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: Php26, Php36,000.00 per month
