Skillset Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer and proficient into: Salesforce data modeling and metadata, Salesforce integrations with external services and creating and maintaining Salesforce databases
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of Salesforce systems and
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred.
  • Certified Salesforce administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer is preferred.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance, and product support of Albertsons Salesforce platform.
  • Design, develop, test, and provide production support following Albertsons standards and guidelines.
  • Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
  • Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Delivery Manager.
  • Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
  • Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
