  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
  • Handling and monitoring the office supplies and cleaning materials
  • Keeping the office database and filling system up to date and organized
  • Other task may assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any business-related course.
  • Proven Administrative experience with 1-2 years
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills and multi-task ability
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, and the ability to diffuse tense situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
