Boutique Outsource Solutions is looking for an intern for its IT Department.

Your duties and responsibilities may include the following:

  • Provide technical assistance to staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues
  • Assist in IT related documentation and editing
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
  • Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance
  • Research and recommend solutions for technical problems

Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of network and system security
  • Knowledge in Active Directory
  • Knowledge in office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge in adobe applications (Photoshop, basic editing)
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
  • Must be enrolled and required by the university
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-5 months
