Your Role

Be part of our client's team as a Bookkeeper, managing Xero accounts, preparing BAS and IAS, processing payroll, and keeping financial operations seamless. What You Bring to the Table

• Proficient in Xero reconciliations, BAS, and IAS preparation
• Previous bookkeeping experience in a public practice handling multiple clients
• 2-3 years of relevant bookkeeping or finance experience
• Holds a Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Skilled in setting up Xero files
• Comfortable asking questions when unsure
• Experienced in Xero Automatic Superannuation processing (desirable but not required)

What You'll Do Daily

• Reconcile Xero files, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare monthly and quarterly BAS
• Prepare monthly IAS
• Process payroll
• Assist with general administrative duties as required
